Everything was modern, professional staff made our stay REAL GOOD. The superior king room we were allocated in was outstanding. The breakfast was enjoyable with Chinese dishes, very delicious European food and also delicious options, no complaints whatsoever.

This recently renovated place is quite clean, has helpful staff, and sits very close to Anlilu metro station which is just perfect.

During our stay at Marco Polo, we were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was in close proximity to the underground rail, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also found plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding area, providing us with a variety of dining options. The front of house view overlooking Anli Road was a highlight, offering a pleasant sight every day. Despite a few hiccups, we extended our stay twice due to the locality and convenience. we had a nice experience at the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel had great facilities, including a gym and fast wifi. The staff were helpful and professional, especially Neumann Chen who assisted me with the PCR test and Health Declaration code. The duty manager, Jim, was exceptional, providing excellent service and resolving any issues quickly. The location was convenient, with the Anlilu metro station nearby.

Having to wait around on arrival. Four staff couldnt find our booking and we had to give them credit card details so that if this wasnt the case they would take payment. Was a worry and we still need to check to see if we have been charged twice.

They did not stick to the contract deal. They charged me more money for each room.

The hotel was newly remodeled and fairly clean. The location was comfortable in Marco Polo Cafe. The property was really close to Marco Polo Parkside for 3 nights, the metro station, and Beijing from October 23-28. It's relatively close to Wangjia Du Hot Pot; ate there once or twice.

everthing is ok ,however when i booked the hotel online i did not notice the addtional service charge and was superprised and dissatisfied by the extra unexpted charge.it should be clear from the start

Staff very helpful, good spoken english, breakfast very good food selection, also bar staff very good and fast by chinese standards

Its location is a good half hour by taxi from Beijing city centre but then taxis are very very cheap

The concierge at Marco Polo was amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One specific incident stood out - when our air conditioning was not working, they immediately sent someone to fix it and even upgraded us to a cooler room. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and attention to guest satisfaction.
